We rented a condo on the beach in Gearhart for the end part of our vacation.

We drove up to Astoria on Saturday - home of the Goonies!

It was just a beautiful day all day! Sunny and warm...
The seal lions were enjoying the sun as well! Sophie was absolutely terrified of them!
Later at the condo the boys decided to go swimming. Bobby was brave (or crazy) and went fully in and did a little body-surfing.
Johnny was less brave and made it this far :)

But then we of course had to come back into town and Monday I dropped them off at the airport. It was a wonderful vacation with amazing friends and I'm sad it's over but happy it happened. And at the end of it all we were all pretty tired. Nothing to do but take a Sophie nap and call it a day...
